International Shipping Terms

Summary: Duties and import taxes are a normal part of international shipping. They are outside of our control, and by completing checkout you accept responsibility for these charges.

These terms are for service outside of the USA and USA territories. When you purchase from Coloring Your Own LLC you are importing goods into your country. Please be aware:

1. Duties & Taxes

   • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

   • These charges are assessed and collected by your country’s customs authority or the carrier at the time of delivery.

   • These fees are not charged by Coloring Your Own, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility

   • By placing an order, you agree that you (the recipient) are the importer of record and are legally responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your government.

   • Refusal to pay these charges may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. We cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.

3. Returns Due to Unpaid Duties

   • If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable.

   • At our discretion, we may issue a refund for the merchandise only, less any fees incurred.

4. Transparency

   • We do our best to notify international customers of this policy at checkout and require agreement via the checkbox before purchase.

   • Customs policies vary widely by country; if you’re unsure of what duties or taxes may apply, please contact your local customs office for clarification before placing your order.
